Styled as a lounge, the reception of this open-plan Indian restaurant is where regulars sit back with a cocktail before taking a handmade seat in the soft-lit main dining area. Having cooked for royalty and Hollywood stars, award-winning head chef Pradeep Asawa is a genuine expert in the exotic flavours of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur – aka the Golden Triangle. Whereas Delhi is famous for chicken tikka masala, tandoori chicken and parathas, Agra is known for its biryanis, kormas. We have Jaipur to thank for lamb kebabs, paneer mircha and dal tarka. Alongside these traditional favourites are appetizing grill and tandoori dishes.
