Family Inn at Manchester

Our Inn was a fixture back when Hank Reed opened it, and it's back in the family again. It's once again the kind of home-cooking place where you always feel welcome and, when you've been here, everybody will know your name. Our family's patriarch was known to guests as Hank, but we call him Pop or Gramps. He was a retired military officer when he got into the restaurant business, and we know Hank would like the fact that we're offering active military personnel 15 percent discounts on entrees. Another feature we're rekindling, so to speak: Hank deeply believed in the World War 1 saying: "Keep the home fires burning," and so do we. Maybe it adds a special glow in the aftermath of the dark days we endured after Sept. 11, 2001. In any case, we're keeping the flame going. We hope you will feel at home and get plenty to eat.
