Southmore’s Fallowfields restaurant features produce so fresh it needs a slap. Head Chef Oliver Richings picks the day’s best fresh veg and herbs from the restaurant’s own near-organic kitchen garden and prepares them in a beautiful modern British and European style. Anything not in the garden is as locally sourced as possible, in keeping with the restaurant’s philosophy of fresh. Fallowfield’s sunny and spacious dining room is great for lunches, and turns into a candlelit dining room for the perfect romantic evening meal. It’s no wonder that a gourmet guide recently described the restaurant as ‘one of the best hotel restaurants in the country.' We couldn’t agree more.
