Proprietor Fabio Molano opened Fabio's Italian Bar & Grill in January 2001 with the idea of bringing authentic, gourmet Italian cooking to the near downtown area, at prices everyone can afford. A big part of his idea was to offer delicious meals in an intimate setting that evokes both the beauty and classic style of Italy as well as the friendliness of Texas. The ambience of the dining room is perfect for business lunches, convivial gatherings of friends, and especially for a romantic evening with that special someone. It's in our kitchen that the magic happens. Fabio takes great pride in keeping his kitchen as clean and neat as your own and of course, we are regularly certified by City inspectors.
