Originally from the Heidelberg region of Germany, Helga Schnakenberg has been a part of Edelweiss Restaurant since 1969, and with her husband is now the owner. She is almost always there to welcome you and make you feel at home. We've added a new, beautifully appointed dining room that seats up to 130 people. In addition, we have three other enchanting dining rooms that seat from 35 to 75 people.
