Everybody eats at Delanos all the time, so the ambience in this modern, warm restaurant is usually bubbling. The superb cocktail bar is roomy, just right for a pre-meal gathering, while the well-designed dining room forms the perfect backdrop for everything from an intimate tete-a-tete to a family feast. The menu is just as sophisticated and eclectic as the clientele: start with Crabcakes on frisee with mango and red pepper salsa, followed by Mixed mushrooms on fettuccine with black peppercorn cream sauce, then a gorgeous Ribeye steak with chunky fries and a killer pud.
