Inspired by the world's first aviation pioneer, Leonardo da Vinci, this elegant Italian eatery translates the aesthetic innovation onto its cuisine and decor. Colossal white pillars and floor-to-ceiling windows provide dramatic grandeur, while dim lighting and Renaissance art retain a romantic mood. Artful dishes include a flambeed double cut macadamia crusted pork chop, an open faced 10oz filet served with a horseraddish cream and peppercorn sauce, a ceviche inspired seafood bruschetta, and finally lobster thermadore.

There is a free private lot and valet service available for autos. Those arriving by helicopter or private jet can park on the rear tarmac, which is free with fuel purchase.
