Cancellations of a booking will only be accepted if received in writing giving no less than 28 days prior notice. Upon receipt of your written instruction, an acknowledgment of the cancellation will be sent to you. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. In the unlikely event the venue is forced to cancel a date, an alternative date, or full refund will be offered. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
