A very beautiful and comfortable setting, as well as welcoming and attentive service by knowledgeable staff. The food was a feast of flavours and having chosen the Surprise 6-course menu we were indeed entertained with the inventiveness of the chef. A lovely experience, celebrating our friends' 30th anniversary.

The restaurant was easy to find -sufficient car parking. Intimate lounge for pre-linch drinks. Service attentive and not too over-whelming. We did not feel forgotten. Lunch menu not too long. Food French and fairly fussy. My wife had crab lasagne-excellent and red mullet not as good. I had confit of duck with beloti beans slightly underwhelming and pollock with belly of pork very good. Dessert-chocolate souffle and pistachio ice cream-excellent. 1/2bottle of wine and coffee. Expensive but value.

Second time eating at Winteringham Fields. This time for our 5 year anniversary and it did not disappoint. Overall amazing. We had the menu surprise and it was many amazing courses. We would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good food in a lovely environment.

Winteringham Fields our favourite restaurant has suffered from staff changes. We hope that normal standards will resume in the New Year

We returned again to Winteringham Fields, our home away from home. What can you say other than, if you haven't found this gem yet, then we suggest you do!

Winteringham Fields is fast becoming our home away from home. There is nothing old fashioned about the mix of truly great food and personal service - with a dash of innovation you get a truly soulful experience of hospitality. Isn't this what a great restaurant is about?
