Went to the Waterfront Brasserie for Saturday lunch. Depsite the boat show being on at Excel it was completely empty. The room iteslef was nice and the food good. But lack of other customers meant no ambience whatsoever - which is a shame. The Ramada should do more to promote the brasserie as should be busy.

We had our first anniversary meal at the Waterfront Brasserie. The food was excellent and the service very amiable and prompt. However, the ambiance was lacking due to the brightness of the interior which also detracted from the view of the water that we were hoping to see. I think this is better as a lunchtime venue than an intimate evening restaurant.

The food was lovely but the atmosphere was pretty bad. The place looked nice but lacked class.

A wonderful birthday meal for my hubbie. The staff were professional, efficient and made it special. The restaurant is well set out and has wonderful views. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Nobody else in the restuarant so no atmosphere, excellent food and service.

Though next door to ExCel exhibition site, restaurant was almost empty for lunch today. Nice setting alongside bare banks of river. Service a mite slow. Food was tasty and red wine was smooth.
