Reviews of Via Condotti

Judging by all the suits on the surrounding tables Via Condotti is predominantly a business lunch venue. It seems formal but the atmosphere isn't the staff are very friendly. Although Italian the menu is broader than you'd imagine with a number meat dishes and different pasta offerings. Considering the restaurant was only half full the service was a little slower than I would have hoped for. Overall a positive dining experience in a relatively quiet central location.

The food was very good (except for the pork belly) and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my birthday dinner at Via Condotti and it was really was perfect. The venue is subtle both in it's external appearance and decor, but most definitely elegant. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, yet unobtrusive. The food was varied, well presented and absolutely delicious, with special mention to the artichoke salad & the risotto! I would recommend to anyone, but especially if you want to celebrate a special occasion.

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Via Condotti. The service was friendly knowledgeable and attentive. The food was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. My only regret was not saving room for dessert.

Via condotti was recomended by a friend and I wasn't dissapointed, very nice imtimate resturant that offers food way over and above your usual Italian fare. the ingrediants were excellent and the staff were very good. I just thought it was slightly over priced, not massively but enough to notice

Great for a girly weekend meal with family- wanted something buzzy but not too loud and a special treat without being too formal - Via Condotti was spot on. Delicious food, beautiful fresh pasta in particular. The wine, though one of their cheaper bottles, was also excellent.

Via condotti was a let down, had heard many good things but was highly dissapointed. The food was bland and overpriced as it was valentines day when we dined. Maybe the food is better when the normal menuis available....

Much improved although the decor is rather odd - salmon pink walls and burgundy chairs. asked for oour liver medium but still rather rare in spots and a bit stringy. additional veg overpriced at £3.50 for a small serving but generally a pleasant experience.
