This is my 2nd visit to Ooze Risotteria & I was again very happy with the experience. The food was great & staff were attentive. The main course took a little while to come but was fine. The red wine we had was delicious depsite being one of the cheaper ones on the menu too. I have already recommended this place to various people & plan to go there many more times.

We vwere told the main had HAZLE NUTS in it which after eating realised they were WALNUTS &i hate them, Scallop risotto was low on Scallops (2 Chopped up) & loads of chewy artichoke pieces. Lovely starters

Ooze is great - the food is lovely, the staff are helpful, the portions are terrific. The current deal of 2 courses and glass of sparkly for £14.95 is amazing considering you can pick whatever you like. Definitely going back!

For a restaurant that specialises in Risotto, you would expect excellent risotto but NO. A fish risotto in Strada tastes better. I had the Mixed Fish Risotto and it was pretty dull and wasnt cooked in a fish stock. My friend has the aubergine one which was a little better but overly runny. Starter was Calamari which was a generous portion but overcooked or the quality of the calamari wasnt so good. We went on the top table deal and for the price was good value but wouldnt pay full price to go.

Ooze was a nice restaurant with friendly staff. Seafood Rissotto had quite a lot of broken shell in it so was annoying to eat without getting a crunch..Sirloin Rissotto was fab, as was the prawn starter! overall i wouldn't knock the resdtaurant, but wouldn't necessarily make an effort to go back in a hurry. Overall i'd say a 6.5 out of 10.

I went to Ooze with a friend on Wednesday night. Having booked that afternoon it was too late to get the special offer but it was good value for money anyway. The portions were really generous and all our food excellent. The service was even better; we were given sound advise from the friendly French waitress and even got to taste 3 different red wines before deciding on a bottle, something unheard of in other places! We were the last ones to leave after a fantastic tiramisu; will be back soon!

Fantastic restaurant - food is delicious and original. Service could be more attentive but generally very friendly. Would recommend.

This was my second time eating at Ooze, dragged a friend along to convince her to worship at this temple of risotto. As always the food was perfect and the service faultless. Even without the special deal it is always great value for money, I shall be returning to work my way through the menu! Highly recommended.

Ooze was a great choice for a tasty, relaxed dinner out. Definitely as pleasant as we remembered. Impressed with the evenings specials, lots of choice. Will be back.

loved my first visit to ooze soon after it opened, the service was great and with the 50% off special offer it was really good value for money too. on second visit, the decor and amibience had definitely improved. service was a tad slow, but staff very pleasant. risotto was delicious, as was the decadant tiramisu, but some of the dishes on the menu seem a bit overpriced for this calibre of restaurant.
