Reviews of Nahm

We had the fixed price menu which enabled us to choose a salad, soup, main course and curry. The food was all excellent but I would have preferred to have the salad first and then be served the hot courses. As it was, everytihng arrived together so the hot food got cold quickly.

Lunch at Nahm was excellent, the food was a modern twist on Thai and the service was spot on. Would highly recommend.

Nahm is a wonderful dining experience. The staff are attentive, the food was delicious and served promptly and the the location is central. We'll definitely be dining there again soon.

Nahm was lovely. The positives, the food was delicious and gorgeous. For a lunch time menu the choice was outstanding and I could have eaten everything on it. The service was lovely without being too OTT and everything was explained exceptionally well. I can see why the restaurant has its michelin star. However, on a Friday lunchtime we were the only people in. So not much in the way of atmosphere. I hope more people attend this lovely restaurant because it deserves to be eaten in.

My second visit to Nahm, another very pleasant experience. Not a cheap option, but the £55 set menu is really fantastic and the service is exquisite.

Experience in Nahm was a bit disappointing. For a one Michelin star restaurant I was expecting more -- maybe different flavours and better presentation. Instead it was just same stuff you can get fromThai Spice or Thai Silk. The place was also a bit small and the ambience / decor was not very exciting at least not for that price. The service though was very good!

This is a fantastic restaurant for business meetings but also social events. What most people don't realise is that there are excellent specials for lunch time so you get the same quality and service but for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

This is more of an evening venue as at lunch time it can be very quiet in this restaruant. Food could be spicier as i think they have toned it down for the english palate.

Still yummy food, but definitely not as impressive as when I first visited four years ago. Whether the quality has slipped, or if my expectations are higher, or whether the competition has improved, I'm not sure, but I don't think Nahm quite cuts the mustard any more. Shame.

Nahm is an interesting restaurant but I would not rush back. Service was OK - very polite but a bit on the slow side. The food was professionally prepared, but ultimately lacked a "wow" factor. Value for money is pretty poor. Maybe that is the fault of the type of food? I will now be sticking to my neighbourhood Thai!

This restarant is a great place for a business lunch or equally as good for a romantic meal for two. The service is excellent and the food is fantastic.

The ambience and decor of this high end Thai was a little dull to be honest, very much feeling like a hotel restaurant. The food was mixed unfortunately. The hot and sour soup was excellent, but the stir-fried pork was very dry, overcooked, and underflavoured. The halibut was also overcooked and dry, but had potential. The beef curry was the best dish, being very aromatic with a lovely texture and good quality ingredients. Overall I think Nahm is good, but hit and miss and a little overpriced

This was my first visit to Nahm and one I was looking forward to after sampling David Thompson's cuisine at Sailor's Thai in Sydney. We chose the nahm arharn dinner which was a good way to sample many of the dishes. The food was excellent with crisp and subtle flavours. Service was impeccable & discreet, and our waitress extremely patient as our group had trouble deciding on the nahm arharn or a la carte. Wine list was comprehensive if not a little expensive. Would I return? Most definitely!

Nahm - impeccable service from the moment you walk through the door. Went for the set menue option which the waitress selected dishes according to our likes/dislikes. The desserts, which we chose, were unusual and disappointing, but failed to spoil which was overall a very good evening. Wine excellent.
