When we first go to the Kettner's they tried to seat us upstairs which was quiet and had separate dinning rooms but we spoke to the manager and quickly go the situation resolved. The food was good, the service was excellent we had a lovely waitress named Rosa. I would definately recommend to others. It was a night to remember

quite simply for a group meal you can't go far wrong. The staff were good, the character and surroundings of the oak room were wonderful. The food was excellent quality and well cooked. Highly recommend if you want something simple and a range of italian style food at reasonable prices.

Kettners has a great ambience to it that takes you out of the heart of Soho. Sadly, the ambience was dented slightly with poor service and food that was going cold. The waiter forgot a few things we ordered, and the food took a while in coming. Despite that, it tasted good, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a good venue.

I had a brilliant time at Kettners, the food was great and there was something for everyone. We were celebrating my 25th Birthday in the theme of an 18th century Masquerade ball so the décor was perfect. There was a live pianist playing for us most of the evening. The waitress could have cracked a smile at least once but apart from that the night was perfect.

We decided on Kettners before seeing The Jersey Boys as it is virtually round the corner. It holds a great location in the heart of Soho.I always love to have a glass of champagne before dinner & it was good to see the salted almonds are still served! The dining rooms always look grand. My fellow diners chose the cheese burgers and pasta, but I went for a Pizza, all very tasty. The waitress was attentive and the order arrived prompt & without any complications. Overall a nice pre-theatre dinner.

Had a lovely lunch here, the staff were very friendly and helpful even though we were a large group (and a bit noisy!) Food was really tasty and the ambiance was welcoming and comfortable - recommended!

I hired one of Kettners private rooms for a party of 15 friends. It was a splendid evening and many commented how useful the private rooms are and that they would be using them in future. Some are larger, some smaller but all have a great atmosphere. The food is simple but always good. I can heartily recommend it.

At Kettners you certain get very generous helpings olus attentive and courteous waiting staff. Felt sorry for the pianist' whose efforts were somewhat negated by his strange placing in the corridor in and out of the upstairs restaurant. Very difficult to hear him with noise of fellow diners. Best cappucino I've tasted for a long while

24 of us took the Blue Room for a team Christmas lunch and had a terrific time. Excellent in all respects, and with a piano player thrown in for our entertainment, everyone agreed it was a great venue in which to have a great time. Especially attentive staff made it a joy to experience. Now to deal with the hangover.......
