If you want to avoid the Brick Lane curry houses go for Kasturi. Gorgeous food, great service! It's becomming a regular haunt!

We have been to Kasturi a few times and the food is always excellent, as is the service. Would definately recommend this venue.

After a couple of early hiccups with warm beer and flat coke, the food arrived and order was more then restored. Truly delicious and extremely good value - this is somewhere we will definitely be visiting again very shortly!

Kasturi is always consistently good (both food and service) - and a slightly new menu has just been published.

The food in Kasturi was lovely, and the service was good, but due to its location there weren't many other diners, so it lacked atmosphere.

Kasturi offers some variations on the usual Indian food theme. Well cooked but not cheap as in the City.

I would recommend The Kaisuri Restaurant in London. The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent. It was a Friday night and we had booked in for 9.45. The restaurant wasn't full. Some delicious food on the menu, different to your average indian. Location wise, very easy to get to. Would go again.

Kastruri Very nice food - good menu but still offers alll the old favourites you expect in an indian restaurant. Couple of issues - they served us a warm bottle of wine and when we complained they got us a cold one of the same type straight away - so why serve the warm one in the first place? And they didn't bring one meal with the others so one person had to wait, but not for too long. Not enough to ruin the meal. On the whole very good and very nice food.

Kasturi's-sat 15sept Only one other diner and we waited an hour to be offered drinks. A further 40 mins before food order was taken. Our party of three adults inc 2 infants and only one high chair was provided and no offer of a further high chair was forthcoming. No baby changing facilities nor child menu available. NOT C/F. Two hours later our meal arrived. Food was ok. Manger argued openly with staff. service very poor. We were finally asked to leave as children was making too much noise 4£79

There were 5 of us. Our dishes at Kasturi were all very delicious. Kasturi's menu offer both the common and some unique Indian dishes. Services were very good too; attentive but they do not stand over our shoulders all the time. The waiters are a bit too encouraging; we ended up ordering more food that we could finish. Prices would be a bit expensive if we did not have the 15% discount.
