Kanteen is a nice convenient restaurant to go to before or after the movies at the Vue Cinema in Shephard's Bush. It is a nice place, nice atmosphere, good service. Slightly pricey, I got a main and shared and entree, no drinks and paid about £20.00 but otherwise good and I would go again.

Had the A La Carte menu which was excellent. The Sticky Toffee pudding was particularly good. Service was attentive and friendly.

Looking forward to the "buzzing" atmosphere to get me in the mood for a night out, my father and I were met with an empty dining area bar one other couple. The food was nice and the staff were very attentive but the ambiance was certainly a bit flat- strange given it was 7pm on a Thursday. I would perhaps recommend it but only for a Fri/Sat night.

Kanteen is a pleasant place for a business lunch - food is filling - lots of bread - not for people who expect something special

Started badly with warm mineral water served in warm glasses, but the food was excellent.
