My lunch at JB's was really excellent. They were running a special menu for patrons going to the musical Wicked. This included a free glass of champagne. The food was top class and the waiters could not have been more attentive.

JBs was a good venue to eat before the show Wicked as right next door, ambience was great and the food wonderful and staff extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Would definitely eat there again but would like more time to have all 3 courses!

Great food, lovely ambience and the staff were all too happy to help.

We had lunch on a rather gloomy Friday afternoon, the friendly but slightly unconfident staff were unable to make up for the total lack of ambience. Being part of a hotel, the restaurant feels more of an extension of the reception where tourists group for their traditional English breakfast as opposed to a trendy restaurant. The food was good and simple, aside from a side portion of broccoli for £2.95 that consisted of 3 small pieces, they must've nurtured it themselves at that price!

It really felt like a typical hotel restaurant, so not very good atmosphere. Food good but probably wouldn't go back

Review of JB's restaurant London Victoria. Although the food was just above average, the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night, so the ambiance was non existant! The staff were therefore very attentive and had fun with our group which made the evening an enjoyable one.

Food delicious. Lunch time was very quiet though.

JB's is a quiet restaurant and not what I had expected. The menu is not very extensive, or exciting, but the food is good and well-presented.
