Excellent service as usual. The good is really of really high quality but this time I was a little dissapointed. Would not stop we going back again though. Great gem in the city.

Jamie's Pavilion is a good value venue in a great City location. Service is excellent even when busy. The restaurant is on the lower level, but the staff are happy to accommodate in the bar area with a view over the garden in Finsbury Circus.

All that really recommends the Pavilion is the lovely view of the green and really quite cheap prices. The food was ok if you value quantity over quality - massive doorstep sarnies with guacamole out of a jar (I am sure) were not impressive but the salads seemed to be ok. Think you can get better food and better surroundings elsewhere in Liverpool Street.

The Pavilion has a good selection, cordial service and a lovely view over the Finsbury Circus gardens. On the down side it gets quite crowded and a bit noisy at lunch but the staff do their best to cope. It's good value as well. The restaurant is much calmer but as it's in the basement has no view.

Jamies - The Pavilion is a great spot for a quick lunch overlooking the park. Food was good and service friendly and quick.

The Pavillion offered simple and tasty (but uninspiring) food in a relaxed setting. Good but not in any way exceptional.

Good food and reasonably priced. Bit quiet. Quirky location

Jamies - The Pavliion was very disappointing. Only one hard-pressed waitress for around twenty covers - she did her best but things suffered a bit sometimes; an underground dungeon-like dining room; two diners in our party of six had steaks that had to be sent back because they were well-done rather than medium-rare; the "tempura" prawn batter was as heavy as lead; and no desserts - they simply hadn't got round to making any that day! Wine list wasn't bad, though.

A really nice restaurant & we all enjoyed our meals but we were disappointed that initial service was slow which was not the waitresses fault as she was working alone and she was very attentive once we were eating. As with most city workers, we were hoping to finish our lunch within about an hour, but it took at least 15 minutes just to get menus simply because the restaurant doesn't have enough for everyone.
