The Ink Brasserie was very disappointing, food was not as described on the menu (lemon & garlic marinated chicken was bland and not marinated at all). They were missing 3 main meals off the menu due to them 'being busy the night before' which left little choice and the waitress didn't bother to enquire at any point if the food was OK. The tables were very sticky and not clean. Overall very disappointing.

Myself and 3 friends ate at the Ink Brasserie for a late Saturday lunch, apart from a large table of girls on a hen do we where the only other customers. 2 Of us ordered steaks which had to be sent back as both were overdone, they where cooked to perfection 2nd time around, the chef offered us free deserts to make up for their mistake. I would recommend the Ink Brasserie as the food is good and the ambience is very hip and trendy. Also they have a good express lunch menu..very reasonable !!

Ink Brasserie & Opus, meal was OK but poor value. £14.95 for duck breast and carrots, extra charge for potatoes. Quite a few choices were not available even though it was 7.30 on Friday night.

It was a Tuesday night, so not many people were in the restuarant, but it was very nice, the Staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. I would definately go back again next time in Manchester.

Ink Brasserie Printworks Manchester to be recommended. The only thing that I would fault is that when my guest when to use the toilet there was a rope to bolck entry, due to a ban practise. He had to ask for it to be removed.
