Great choice of food and wine and really friendly staff. Probably best suited for a night out with mates rather than a romantic meal. Only downside was that we had to ask to order drinks after waiting 10 minutes and wine was poured right up to top of the glass without being given a chance to taste.

Il Gustoso was really quiet for a friday night at 7pm. This was really surprising given that the food is really good, and really cheap. We had the Napoletana pizza which was quite tasty. Waitress was great, very attentive, but not in a frantic way. Nice meal. Nice place. Great for an unfussy but romantic bit to eat...

The food was very good but the restaurant was near empty which I find strange as this was said by a previous reviewer and I expected it to have become more popular. The fillet steak was excellent although small portions but was not that impressed with the dessert choice. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Il Gustoso is pleasent, the food was very good. We were there on a Sunday night and it was empty. (we were the only people in there) I would go again. The value for money is great.

Great little restaurant with good food. Tables by the open doors at the front is perfect for a sunny day. Pizza are slightly on the small side and a little heavy on the lettuce in the salad and starter

Il Gustoso is a very nice little relaxed restaurant serving homemade, fresh Italian food. Everything we had was excellent. It has a bright, modern interior and I will definately return and am sure once more people discover it, it will become very popular. Prices are extremely reasonable. My only criticism is that the wine list is very limited and they should look at extending this. Give it a try for an informal meal with friends and you won't be disappointed.
