II Convivio was a pleasant experience. The service was good and the food was tasty. I thought it was a touch overpriced for what it was but then you are in Belgravia. I would go back for the food but not unless it was on TT discount.

This restaurant is situated in a rather unusual location - but what it lacks in location, it definitely makes up for with the food - salt marsh lamb was superb, as was the duck & pea ravoli. Service very attentive an friendly. Just make sure that you ask to sit downstairs, at the back of the restaurant though.

Tucked away in Belgravia, Il Convivio is simply superb. The wine list and a la carte menu excellent and the service attentive. Try the Nero d’Avola Scurati.

Il Convivio has never let me down. My only wish is in these difficult financial times, they would add one reasonably priced set meal to the menu. Otherwise, the food, the service and the lovely room provide consistent delight.

Decent food but overpriced for what it is - £25 for a very simple fish main course ... would not go back

Il Convivio offers excellent food and a great atmosphere. The wine list is very varied and I would highly recommended for business lunches.

Il Convivio is a charming, light, airy Italian in Belgravia which wasn't very busy surprisingly on a weekday lunchtime. Good fish and chicken dishes. Tasty.

Il Convivio never dissapoints. Wine list is excellent and mains as well as starters as exquisite.

I have never had a bad meal at Il Convivo and last night's experience was even more satisfying than usual. I love this restaurant. My only caveat is given these belt tightening times, I wish they would do one set meal at dinner time--I would eat there more often.

Il Convivio. We went on a friday night just after Christmas and it was quiet. The reception was very curtious and warm as you would expect - italian style. I had the veal ravioli starter and the pork belly main. The ravioli was excellent and cooked suitably al dente; the way I like it. The pork belly came highly recommended but was somewhat dry and the skin not crackly enough for my taste. Overall great place for ambiance and service. I need to revisit but bear in mind it is quite pricey.

Went to Il Convivio's last night and had a lovely time. Food is outstanding, wine is very good, table water v expensive tho so watch out for that. Waiters v knowledgeable and attentive but not too clingy. Nice decor, good toilets and overall a very lovely evening. Would recommend the turbot, beautiful! And the choc and cherry desert was delicious! Didn't see any famous people though :-( Enjoy.

We had dinner at the "Il Convivio" and we enjoyed it a lot. The food was very good and the Italian wine list very complete although limited on "half bottle" options. The black spaghetti with lobster was indeed delicious and they prepared a "special" risotto for us. The staff was very friendly and the environment elegant yet cosy. Highly recommended despite the pricey bill!!
