We were greeted with a smile and a free glass of champagne, the best welcome ever! Then we tucked into beautiful fish dishes for our main course but held back on the starters to make room for mouth watering home made puddings! We were allocated a cosy table by the window in the main dining area, the atmosphere was warm and low-lit, the staff were attentive, overall it was a very pleasant experience and we're thinking about going back to sample the Christmas menu!

We visited the Hare and Hounds for Sunday lunch and were the first there at 12:45. First impressions of the restaurant were very positive - bright and clean. Our second impression, the service, was less impressive. It was slow and chaotic - we had 5 different people serve us through the meal and we still had to go and find the wine list ourselves! Staff had little knowledge of the food on the menu. The food however was generally very, very good.

Was looking forward to eating at the Hare and Hounds having read the reviews but was a little disappointed, the food was very nice but nothing special

Nice pub for Sunday Lunch in Marlow. Reasonable prices and very friendly service.

Would definately return to The Hare & Hounds, the food was great, would recommend the steak which was amazing, the service was excellent too.

A welcome return by this excellent Marlow gastro-pub, and with 10% off with the Hare & Hounds loyalty card, it make greater value for money. The food, service and surroundings are well above average. Creative cuisine and a decent wine list, ensured we had a super meal. Highly recommended.

Hare and Hounds MARLOW, was friendly welcoming and very pleasent. The service was second to none and the food was just right. Great atmoshere and excelent staff. A very good experience and would recommend this venue to anyone.

The welcome was very warm and genuine, the staff were attentive without being obtrusive and the food was great. The décor is modern and comfortable and the best bit is that they allow dogs in!! Altogether a great lunch.

I went to the Hare and Hound to make use of their Sunday Lunch walking offer. The walk was unguided, but a map and good instructions were provided. Food and service were good. A lovely way to spend a Sunday!

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff lovely. We were early, but stilll seated a little too close to the espresso bar.

Went to teh Hare and Hounds for lunch on the £10 for 2 course offer. Excellent value, and would happily go again even without any offer.
