We had eaten in Haley's a few months ago and had an excellent meal. Unfortunately this visit did not meet the same high standards. The only option from the menu was the set meal which apparently is due to the restaurant being quiet at the moment. The service was ok but no where near the excellent level we expected after are previous visit.

Great venue for group or romantic dinner. Beautiful hotel with excellent service.

Haley's Restaurant is set in a lovely old house. We were met on arrival and shown to a comfy side room with an open fire for a drink. The service was excellent and remained so throughout the meal. The food was also very good (the beef dish is highly reccomended). Being picky the scallops starter was a little small (only 2) and there could do with being a slightly cheaper house wine on offer (£17 the cheapest), but these are small points that didn't take anything away from a great evening.

Haleys restaurant was unbelivable for the price we could not understand why on a friday evening we were the only 4 people in untill 10.00. Maybee lunch is busy the food was excellent and the chef accommadated all our requests to try things on the menue.

As party of 7, we went on a Saturday lunch time in November to Haleys Restaurant. The food was excellent. The restaurant seats 32, but we had the place to ourselves which was ideal as two of our party have hearing problems.
