Reviews of Eighty Queen Street

We all enjoyed our dinner at Eighty Queen St, especially the delicious steaks. I noticed most of the main courses don't come with veg which was the only thing missing from an otherwise delicious main course. White chocolate panna cotta and cranachan for desserts were all polished off, only one small setback when 2 of our party given creme fraiche panna cottas which tasted awful! Waitresses were quick to amend mistake when pointed out, and were very helpful all evening. Would highly recommend.

The only criticism I have of 80 Queen Street- was the time it took to get served. We were a party of 9 so you expect it to be a bit slower but it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive- its not good enough for lunch! otherwise the food and ambience are excellent

80 Queen St is a classy pub/restaurant. Expected live jazz but quite relieved when told no longer at Sunday lunch! Very quiet, maybe jazz-lovers not happy. Staff v.friendly & welcoming, great service throughout. Lentil and bacon soup good & thick, pleasant light smoky taste and nice toasted focaccia. Superb fish n chips. Seafood Risotto bit heavy on parsley, otherwise fine. Petit Fours (4 sample size desserts) great idea. Everything seemed very fresh and all home-made. Good value on 20% off deal

We enjoyed our meal at Eighty Queen Street, the service was good and the atmosphere quite relaxed. Enjoyed listening to the jazz band afterwards. Be warned, the starters are quite big!

We had an excellent meal at Eighty Queen Street. We were a party of 10 and the private dining area was great.
