Reviews of Del Villaggio

Del Villagio was a last minute booking from me for a spur of the moment trip to Birmingham. Broad Street had many Hen Parties and Stag parties in full swing but the restaurant was a little haven. The food was fantastic with Sea Bass served with a fantastic selection of seafood, and veal that was tender and full of flavour. A good selecttion of wine and possibly the nicest bottle of Soave I have tasted. I would fully recommend a return visit

I visited on a Thursday and despite other bars / restaurants being busy, Del Villaggio was quite and relaxed which was appreciated. The food was lovely, however, the salad that came with my starter had seen better days! The waiters were attentive. I was dining alone and I was in and out in 45 minutes

Nice atmosphere, service a little slow but very friendly and helpful. Food was good but meat and fish dishes are top end price wise eg. king prawn flambe £18.50

Good food for a short stop in meal, average in terms of Italian restaurants as a whole, would go there again but more in terms of function, than to enjoy the experience

Del Villaggio - On arrival we were offered a free glass of the house cocktail which was a nice break from the norm. The service was excellent. The food matching the quality of the service. Would deffinatly recomand this restaurant to a friend!

Paying for the location on Broad Street really. Great service though even after I had ordered something I didn't like!
