Daniels in New York was very welcoming. The service was superb and the food was every bit as good as we could have expected. A restaurant of this calibre is naturally expensive but for a special occassion is well worth it. Only having a one month book ahead policy is another plus. We will definitely return next time we visit NY.

The Daniel is a very special dining experience not to be missed if you can afford it. The service is faultless and the food is a skillful treat to the tastebuds. Go and spoil yourself in New York.

The food was magnificent, the setting was beautiful and the service exemplary but not stuffy. Probably one of the best meals/evenings I've ever had.

We had an exquisite evening with impeccable food and service, such that 10 out of 10 seems quite modest! This restaurant is a wonderful experience for anyone visiting New York, we have told friends and family that Daniel is an absolute must!

Daniel is simply top notch, I could pick tiny holes in the cuisine but they would be tiny!

This was a very grand restaurant. The frosted revolving door gives it an exclusive feel. A definite recommendation if you have something special to celebrate in New York. Our meal was delicious and the service was impeccable.

Fabulous in every way! Gorgeous food, staff, wine. The atmosphere was unpretentious for such an upscale retaurant and it was buzzing with laughter and conversation. If I ever go back to New York I'm going back. Probably the best meal I have ever had! Quite pricey but you pay for quality and we didn't think 300 dollars for two was bad, especially considering the four seasons cost 500. Like everywhere in New York its the drinks that bump up the prices.

Daniels was possibly one of the best restaurants I have been to. The whole dining experience was excellent.

Daniel in New York City - Absolutely fantastic evening, proposed to my girlfriend there, the people/service made the evening extra special. Perfect from the moment we walked in to the moment we left.
