Bog standard and basic fare. Nice waiter large party was put in an upstairs bland room with 2 other parties, to small very noisy and not pleasent. looked nicer in the normal restaurant but set menu food was drab

I'd definitely go back to Al Duomo the next time we're in Brighton, the food is good value, even before the 50% offer and couldn't believe how cheap the entire dining experience was after having a lovely meal for 2 with a jug of sangrias. The food was typical standard of Italian restaurants but it was nice to sit in the sun in a very open area with friendly staff, tasty food, nice atmosphere and great value for money, there's no reason, not to come back again.

The specials at Al Duomo include delicious fresh fish (sea bream and bass), well and simply cooked in light sauces, with lightly roasted small potatoes and decent fresh salad or veg. We sat outside on a fine summer's evening by the traffic-free road, with a good view of the Pavilion. The Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay by the glass were pleasant and cooling. A very pleasant meal, and excellent value on the offer.

We were a little dissapionted with Al Duomo. We ordered bruscetta which looked like mini pizza's and the lemoncello wasn't cold! The food was ok and so was the service.

Al Duomo in Brighton really wasnt a great experience. On arrival we werent even spoken to, the waiter pointed to our table. the waiters were hovering over us during the whole meal. They added 10% service charge and for what?? No thank you or good night. Would never return

We all enjoyed our meal at Al Duomo. There was actually 4 diners instead of 3. The pizzas are huge and very good. The spaghetti in pesto and green tomatoes looked good too and was enjoyed by my friend.

Al Duomo had the atmosphere of a family run restaurant & the food was really fresh and very tasty. Would definately go there again!

Friendly buzzing slightly crowded atmosphere but efficient so not too much waiting around. The toptable deal is really good value - they agreed to allow the daily specials as well as anything on the menu. The gamberoni and calamari starters were excellent, the steak and sea bass main courses were good. We chose Chilean Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot to wash it down, and followed by excellent coffee. A great good value meal out in a good place near the Pavilion - thank you top table/Al Duomo!
