You know what... This placed knocked me for six. I booked it on a bit of a whim due to needing somewhere in Crouch End and what we've discovered is that this is an absolute gem. Food, wine, atmosphere and staff were top notch. Felt so well looked after by the waiter and was given service usually expected at restaurants that cost double the price. This is the sort of place that you discover then tell everybody you know... I'm starting with this review!! Go visit - The mixed platers are fantastic.

We had a fantastic night. The Waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. The wine list is great and the food amazing. It is a superb place to go for a romantic evening for two or to have a few cocktails and tapas style indian with the girls.

We enjoyed our evening at Aanya the food was delicious and affordable and the service was good. We appreciated the staff rearranging the furniture to accommodate our larger group. I would recommend Aanya to others.

I have been here a number of times and have never had a bad experience. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it.

Food excellent as usual. Has as wondering if this is a great Indian restaurant with a nice bar atmosphere, or and edgey bar we excellent Indian tapas. Either way it gets my vote!

We went on a Friday night and was greeted by the owner who laid out the plans for a refurb of the restaurant which will make the eating environment a whole lot better. At the moment it isn't a wine bar and it isn't a restuarant, but one the refurb has been doen we are assured that we can eat in comfort, which is a relief, as the current set up leave a liitle to be desired. Food is great, wine selection spot on, but really needs to work on the service to match a cost of £25 a head

Aanya Wine Lounge is an unusual concept that definitely works. Very tasty food, helpful service and a great range of drinks. The ambience is monitored with taste. Definitely recommended.

Aanya Wine Lounge - There was a huge party next to us and the restaurant wasn't big enough to be able to avoid their noise.. horribly annoying. Food was ok, but pretty dry. Wouldn't go back and suprised about the high rating that it has. Expected more.

The Aanya Wine Lounge in trendy Crouch End was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. The food is contemporary Indian, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Here vegetarians, as well as meat eaters, are spoilt for choice. Added to this is a wine list which lives up to the quality of the food. Highly recommended.
