60 Hope Street is a really nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. Good food, attentive service without being intrusive (wine waiter very friendly and helpful, food waiter perhaps a little brusque!) Easy to recommend and will have no hesitation going back next time I'm in Liverpool

We went for pre-concert meal at 60 Hope Street expecting to be able to have a la carte but apparently this is not available till about 7pm. The fixed menu was okay, particularly given the relatively low price. Service was excellent.

60 Hope St was an excellent venue. Vert attentive staff...but not in ones face! Food was fresh and beautifully presented. I last went there in 1979 when it was a nightclub....its improved a great deal

As we have found consistently over the past few years 60 Hope Street is one of Liverpool's very best restaurants. This is true whether one is dining à la carte (and even this is very reasonably priced) or via the regular - bargain -"early bird" or seasonal offers. Food is creatively thought out and prepared, and portions are generous. Both wine and service are outstanding. It is a pleasure to eat here!

This was the first time I have been to 60 Hope Street and I was very impressed. I do a lot of client entertaining in London and this is as good as any of the places I have eaten at this year. The table d'hote menu is particularly good value for this level of fine dining. Was also very impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff, were and am already looking at booking their christmas menu for my family on my next visit to Liverpool in December. highly recommended.

60 hope street - first time and was excellent will definately go back again although i am quite fussy and starters were not to my liking but luckily they had soup.

Having previously dined at 60 Hope Street a couple of years ago and therefore having high expectations, I was left slightly disappointed by a relatively poor service and a slightly 'rowdy' atmosphere due a to a large group of businessmen dining nearby. The food was, however, lovely and I could probably be tempted to go back at some point in the future

30/09 meal at 60 Hope Street - Liverpool Honest food with an excellent service, thought it got pretty noisy at one point, mainly because of bigger tables and people trying to talk one over the other. Toilets were clean but not spotless Overall, very good dinner, value for money and I will definitely return

This is the third time I have been to 60 Hope street and as usual I was not disappointed. The dining room is bustling and lively and quite informal. The food as always was very good. A starter of scallops was delicious and the main also lovely. The pudding not quite as good, but still more than acceptable. Service is very pleasant, but could perhaps be better organised - they forgot to give us the specials menu till the pudding for instance! Nevertheless definitely recomended.

This was my first visit to 60 Hope Stree, and I was not disappointed. We booked for the summer offer and 3 courses for £17.95. Nice choice on menu, service was attenitive but not too fussy, food was lovely and atmosphere very relaxed and pleasant. Not to be missed and will definitely book again

60 Hope Street was very good food and service on a special deal of £14.95 for 2 courses and a half bottle of rose. Food was hot and well cooked. I definitely would go back to eat at such a restaurant with superb quality and great ambience. LP

I highly recommend 60 Hope street restaurant. The service was excellent. There was a good selection to chose from the menu considering it was from an early bird menu. The food was well presented and was delicious. The venue had a good atmosphere and was busy been 6pm

Lovely venue but unfortunately food was cold and far too much fat on bacon chop. Management apologised and did not charge us for our main meal, so I will be giving 60 Hope Street another 'go'

Dinner at 60 Hope Street: for a Londoner the menu could have been more ambitious and the prices a little less, but a good venue nonetheless and well worth a visit if you're in Liverpool.
