108 Marylebone lane was warm and convivial when we dined there recently on a gloomy winter's eve. We received good generally smiley service and the food was also good. the fried salmon fillet was crisp and flavoursome. Annoyingly it, and some of the other main dishes, were served in bowls that were designed so that when you placed your cutlery on the plate, it kept slipping into the food - the handles became greasy. On the whole though, a very enjoyable venue.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere especially at the bar end with the lovely chesterfield couch. The restaurant big wooden table also gives it a very friendly atmosphere. The food is good enough quality and the prices not too dear. I would go there again.

What a pleasant surprise! There are few places in W1 where you can enjoy a great meal, good wine, in a trendy relaxed environment, and get a bill for less than £70 for two. We found just such a place at 108 Marylebone Lane. The menu is focused on using food from local suppliers, and it's simple and tasty. Shame they were out of calves liver but the sausages were really good and the chips some of the best we've ever had. But why do servers insist on refilling your wine glass? I can manage thanks!

The calf's liver, risotto and chocolate mousse we had were all delicious though the main courses could have been served warmer.

Had dinner at 108 Marylebone Lane with 9 friends last night. The restaurant was not overly busy which meant that the atmosphere was not as buzzy as expected. The food we had was a good standard. Duck confit to start was a bit disappointing as there was hardly anything to it. The salmon for main was delicious though. As is the case with lots of west end restaurants, the sides are over priced for what you get- about 15 green beans for £3.50! Wine was reasonably priced and the service was good.

108 Marylebone Lane was lovely. A great bar to meet friends in followed by a lovely meal in the restaurant. My sea bass was delicious. Really nice loos as they are part of the hotel lobby.

108 Marylebone Lane is a serious bistro. Slightly "hotel" feel but space is large and airy, decor muted but tasteful, and food and serviec good.

108 Marylebone Lane is a lovely venue with excellent food. We were there on a quiet night and were surprised the service was slightly slow

I've been to the restaurant a couple of times now and I've always been impressed with the service, however, this time I thought it was pretty average. The staff were very friendly but were extremely slow and inexperienced; you had to call them over to order, to get another drink, ask them twice for the bill, etc. Must have just been a one-off though as as I say the service is usually great. The 50% food is great value for money. Will defo go again.

I probably wouldn't have gone to 108 Marylebone Lane had it not been for the Toptable offer, but I'm glad I did, as the whole evening was excellent and the food was delicious. I will certainly be recommending it to others.

Had a delicious meal at 108 Marylebone Lane - bangers & mash for 2 & a bottle of red. Top table 50% off food offer made it very reasonable - it came to £30 for us both - delicious!

108 Marylebone Lane was a great restaurant for dinner with friends. The TT deal made it well worth while. The food was good and the service was excellent.

For a tuesday night work meal the place was surprisngly busy - however I am sure this is down to most people taking advantage of the good food, high quality service and great value for money with the TopTable offer. Would definitely recommened!

108 Marylebone is a really nice restaurant - the people were friendly and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The lobster was tasty, but one of my lobster%u219s arms fell off before the plate reached the table and I wasn%u219t offered a reduction in price or a new arm. It was laughed off (to be fair, mainly by me %u213 I%u219m sure if I had made more of a fuss I would have been given a new lobster, body intact). The baskets of chips are a nice touch, and it seems the chips are never-ending. Decent food and nice service made it an enjoyable meal and with 50% off it was well worth it.

We went to 108 Marylebone Lane for a highly enjoyable Sunday afternoon family lunch. Very good deal with the toptable offer and food was fantastic - highly recommended!

108 Marylebone Lane's service was excellent, particularly as we mucked up our times and arrived an hour late! Staff were very friendly, attentive and accomodating. The upstairs area lacks the ambience of downstairs and feels more like a hotel than an eatery. Some dishes were fabulous and some were a little strange in the combination of flavours. It tasted a little like the kitchen was either trying too hard or lacking a few tastebuds. Pleasant night but not exceptional food.

Good food but the service was very slow. Excellent value with the discount.

108 has a lovely setting, which the service struggled to live up to.

108 Marylebone was more chic and much larger than I expected but the dining configuration in small sections kept an intimate feel. The support of local shops is an interesting twist when you don't have local farms to source from directly. It doesn't feel like a gimic and there is genuine care and passion for the food. The black pudding starter and Irish steak were both mouth watering. The Australian Pinot Noir was lovely too. Go and enjoy!

108 Marylebone was a pleasant sruprise. A nice hotel restaurant with a large bar. The menu was limited but the food was generally good. I would go back only on special offer as there are a lot better restaurants in the area.
