Wonderful to have suite for people coming for a couple days to events nearby. Need to improve breakfast menu.

Liked: I love the property itself. It’s always nice and clean and welcoming.
Disliked: It’s nothing about the property I didn’t like. However this stay had a rude awakening of weed coming through the vents while I was sleeping. I am a night person so I sleep late. The weed smell had me dizzy in my sleep and was very alarming. It’s not the hotel’s fault it’s the people who choose not to follow the no smoking policy.

Liked: It was close to restaurants and places to shop.
Disliked: The customer service was horrible. They lost my reservation, so it took a while for me to check in. The manager was rude and wasn't helpful.

Liked: The layout in the room is actually pretty good. Living room outside the bedroom. It makes the room looks spacious.
Disliked: The restroom has no fan, and the sink’s faucet was very tight to turn. Also, the bed sheets didn’t change per guest because I still saw hair on the bed when I first came in.

Liked: The room size was good plenty of space in the living room area and nice big king size room. The king size bed seem very comfortable and the room seemed clean.
Disliked: The living room sofa and chair were very old and dirty. They look like they had been donated from a used college dorm. They were stains on the chair cushions. Also the bathroom sink was clogged and the hair dryer did not work. The king room seemed decent the bed seems comfortable but the living room was a disappointment and the carpet was also outdated and worn out. Also the curtains in the living room were falling down.
