Liked: We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and the amenities were great and not far to travel to be apart of it the fun.
Disliked: Some of the things in the room were broken, but it did stop the enjoyment of the visit. Drawers in the Kitchen were Broken. Loud nosey from other visitors in the hallways early morning.

The Hotel managers should be...

Liked: I booked this location in September 2024..family of 6 for a stay in February 2025...when I called the day before check-in to inquire about pool policies....I was informed that the Hotel was overbooked during my stay and my reservation was terminated by Wyndham in November...i was never informed....I.was able to get lodging elsewhere cramming a family of 6 in a room designed for 2 adults .staff at the nearby hotel stated this is common practice for Wyndham Bently brook and every weekend they have gotten room inquiries from angry guests of Bently who arrived and were simply told that they were overbooked and turned away..the reservation was not honored. The Bently staff had zero concern about what went wrong..No explanation given..we were just simply turned away and they wouldn't try to find us lodging nearby.
Disliked: Reservation don't mean a thing here
