Disliked: Toilet ran every 5 minutes. Housekeeping was horrible had to call desk 4 times,was to have mini-fridge was told none available.

Disliked: The room wasn't clean. Woke up to bedbugs crawling in the bed. Killed one and brought to front desk. The clerk was unsympathetic to say the least. When pressed, he did have a bedbug protocol (interesting) at the ready. "Cooked" our bags/clothes in some sort of oven. Unclear if we brought bedbugs home with us. Still paid in full for our room. No accommodations were made for us having slept in a bedbug infested room. I've traveled around the world for work for nearly 30 years, including to 3rd world countries. This is my first experience with bedbugs.

Disliked: Yes. I was charged for parking when I didn't think I would.The Gym was closed. The building made sounds almost all the time while there due to winds hard to sleep or do anything else. I have no desire to return to this property. I feel blindsided.

Disliked: Water temperature was horrible. You could not regulate between freezing and scalding for more than a few minutes. I would never put a child in the shower for fear of injury. Breakfast was decent but not worth the price. Charged twice for room on card
