Booking.com-Nightmare

Liked: Location of hotel being close to cruise terminal
Disliked: Didn't like reserving through booking.com. It was a nightmare,correct information was not communicated to hotel. Hotel had names mixed up and said they didn't show our reservation even though I gave them and showed them my confirmation # on the app. I will never use booking.com and have canceled future reservations with them.

Disliked: The room is quite old , but charged too much.

Disliked: A little dated in our room. Coffee shop open and close randomly. It was hard to know when to go down to get drinks or coffee.

Liked: hotel needs a refresh, carpeting needs replacement, beds need new mattresses. otherwise acceptable; would prefer a better rate
