Liked: The location, near everything, but a quiet sleep too! Huge room for NYCThe roof top terrace has an up close and personal view of the Chrysler Building and is a great place to relax on couches with little tables that double as heaters!Would stay again!
Disliked: If we had to pick one thing, it was the tour desk jumping on us when we had just checked in and making out that this was a part of the checkin progress. ... offering free gifts to entice us in. It all felt a bit yuck!

Awesome facilities and location. Pushy...

Liked: The room was fantastic. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a pull out bed. There is a full kitchen, decent sized living room and dining room table. The view was okay, but there is a terrace with a patio that we enjoyed. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere-Grand Central Station, 5th Avenue, Times Square. The hotel staff were very pleasant, especially the doormen.
Disliked: If you stay here and do not want a timeshare, do not agree to go to the meeting like I did. That was a horrible experience in my opinion. That's on me. I should have said no right off the bat. However, if you do want to get a timeshare, go for it.
