Would have asked to have room changed immediately but we had a difficult time finding rooms on-line and since we were only staying one night decided to stick with the room. Did not report the mold right away because we knew there was nothing that could be done. All hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. Because staff had no knowledge of room conditions probably would not recommend it to friends.

Liked: Food in The Marker was excellent. Front desk management was apologetic. Reservation details went smoothly.
Disliked: Carpeting in room had cigarette burn marks and multiple stains. We were uncomfortable walking on it in bare feet. Bathroom ceiling was very moldy over shower and toilet area. Management claimed no one had mentioned these problems before. Housekeeping that didn't report these problems makes me worry about what we couldn't see.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room was FILTHY and disgusting. I walked around barefoot and after 30mins, my feet were black with all the accumulated dirt from the rug and bathroom floor. The tub had red stains on the outside that were CLEARLY bodily fluids from past guests. GROSS.

Liked: I love the location and the staff are all amazing.
Disliked: Food wasn't good, burgers were raw one night, black burnt the next. Reserved a room 6 months out letting them know 2 of us were handicapped, needing close lower room, we were given room 649,top floor last room, and the stairwell door would not open

Liked: The room was nice and roomy, the staff was excellent and accommodating. The restaurant was the best, the service was great for the amount of people that were present. Jamie was our server at Nicola's and she was by far the best server I have had in a LONG TIME!
Disliked: The elevators and handicap accessibility. The only area for elevators is the main entrance because the others are out of order. This is a VERY large hotel for their not to be NUMEROUS elevator access areas and numerous elevators.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The cleanliness, the pool being outdoors and not kept up with, the whole in the floor in the hallway. The staff were not friendly.

Disliked: It felt like a very dated and old hotel where they updated some of the flooring and a few lights and called it a 3.5 star hotel. I was very disappointed with how it felt. The floors felt dirty. Old TVs. Problematic WiFi. The bath tube was old and stained.

Liked: It was fine. Dinner was good, and wait staff was enjoyable and very helpful.
Disliked: With the construction going on, the TV cable was unhooked. We could not watch our college basketball game that was on. Which made my wife very unhappy.
