Disappointing

Liked: It had a huge room, with great access to gaslamp district amenities.
Disliked: They shut off the water all day the one full day we were trying to rest, they charge 40$ for valet parking every night... Which comes in handy, but just shouldn't go left unmerited

Brilliant base

Liked: Ideal position for getting around San Diego. Room was large, clean and with a well equipped kitchenette. Desk staff all very pleasant and helpful

Liked: I received a call weeks after booking, 2 days prior to arrival, saying that due to circumstances, they could not honor my reservation. This is a first for me, personally, and I travel a lot.

Disliked: After several emails to the hotel & 1 to Booking.com I still unable to receive a copy of the invoice for the stay to enable me to reconcile may credit card statement, very poor service.
