Not up to their usual standard

Liked: Large rooms. Convenient location. Good brunch.
Disliked: Upon arrival my bathroom had one of only two bulbs out, the shower control was half broken, the shower bar in the shower was broken and my safe was inoperable. I let the front desk know when I went out and they did address the broken items. However no room should be turned over to a guest in that condition. I have stayed here about 6-8 times over the past 4 years and have never had these issues before.

Disliked: The cleaning staff kept knocking on our door before check out to clean the room. There was not a working coffee maker No minifridge. cleanliness when checking in not up to standards. Pillow case with something on it walls splattered with something. The front desk staff was excellent friendly and courteous.
