Liked: Clean facilities,friendly staff. Facilities more than met our needs for this stay at an affordable price.
Disliked: Elevators are slow at best.

Liked: The only thing we liked was the receptionist. Her name was Roberta. She is an asset to your company and should be rewarded. She was our saving grace.
Disliked: We had a so called handicap room. The towel rack was falling off the wall, no toilet seat, The nightstand did not have a handle to open the drawer. The room seemed dirty also Noone in 5 days ever asked to clean our room. We even had to go get clean towels and water/coffee cups. The elevators were broken one completely the other's buttons were broken. The bathrooms down by the kitchen were locked, the women's bathroom had no toilet paper in 4 stalls and no paper towels in the admitting area. Also, the hotel had people living there permanently. I could go on but, you get the general idea. We will never stay at a Wynham Hotel again.

Liked: It was available when other hotels were sold out and the price was fair.
Disliked: There were stains on the wall and headboard. The toilet seat was broken and taped together. Definitely not as nice as the pictures looked. Musty/damp smell.
