I read bad reviews after booking my stay so I was very nervous about staying here, but I had a great experience here. The staff was helpful and our room was clean. No complaints.

Liked: The location is great. We’ve stayed here before but probably won’t again.
Disliked: We had no hot water the whole time we were there, the fridge was broken, there was a huge gap in the door so we got bit by mosquitos every night. The AC units are terrible and very loud we had to wear ear plugs. There were long dark black hairs on the ceiling of the bathroom and in the tub and I’m fair haired, so it definitely wasn’t us. We were in the garden area which was a first for us and will never book there again. We told the front desk everything and the guy just said “ok” and blew us off. We come here a lot but will never stay here again after this experience.

Liked: Close to Disney Springs
Disliked: Rooms were old with paint chipping. Shower would not drain. Room safe did not work. A/C had broken part that cause fan to be really loud. Mini Fridge froze everything.

Liked: Location is great - especially for Disney Springs. Also not far from all Disney parks
Disliked: Shower water was hard to turn on and then would not turn off - had to call front desk - repair person quick and was able to shut the water

Good

Liked: They have nice Dove brand shampoos, lotion, etc.
Disliked: The hotel rooms are basically outside (courtyard-style and not typical hotel building). This means that outside noise carries quite a bit. Was a problem only on Saturday night :/
