From check in to check out I was so very impressed. Ms Fogler (I think her last name) has to be one of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met in a hotel setting or in any setting really. Her personality and her kind words made a bad day such a joyful day. Just her personance. The room was so very nice; the shuttle was super. Everything about the hotel stay was great. If in the area, will for sure stay here again.

Disliked: Was not all that impressed with the food from the restaurant. Sorry - wasn't that good.

Liked: Our shower wasn't hot and the Maintenace guy beat us back to the room to fix the issue. Amazing.
Disliked: I was charged a parking fee of $15 per day and I was charged an additional GA Tax which was already on my booking.com statement. I was not informed that I would have to pay a parking fee by Sonesta or Booking.com. I wrote Sonesta and explained the issue and I also called them, but no one called me back or returned my email.

We loved it here and...

Liked: My son really enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and our hotel room. He and I agreed that the hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful. Our room had very comfortable chairs and great water pressure in the shower. We were both very pleased and would love to stay here again. We had issues at check in but the staff handled it very professionally. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit.
Disliked: The shower floor was very slippery so I had to place a hand towel there to keep us from falling. My son said he wished we had a balcony and he felt the covers were too far away when he was lying down to sleep (but he's 6 and didn't untuck them properly! I promised I'd share his input!)

Disliked: Rooms are outdated in a gross way. Beds are super uncomfortable and need to be replaced Was told parking was $15 for the night and that was not listed on the booking. Felt unsafe there
