Good property and staff needs...

Liked: Quality hotel with good immensities.
Disliked: Booked a king room and was told only two double beds were available. When I asked to be put on cancellation list they just told me to call back later from the room. Stay im the double bed room.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, delicious restaurant on premises.
Disliked: Needs renovation and maintenance. The room was a disappointment. Pillow and bed very uncomfortable.

The bad night was disappointing...

Liked: Nice room and beautiful surroundings. Staff were welcoming and efficient.
Disliked: Dining room not open so had to eat in the bar. Bedside alarm went off at 5am, end of my night’s sleep . It should have been checked when the room was cleaned. Obviously set by previous guest. Air conditioning not working properly. It was too cold and could not be switched off. Vent positioned by bed and blew cold air on our heads. A very uncomfortable experience.

Liked: Cleanliness of hotel. Overall enjoy stay at this hotel. Nice there is a restaurant, Caddy Shack, on the property, which offers great food.

Disliked: Charging people to park in the parking lot to me is greedy, we did not appreciate that.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was awesome from the beginning to the end of our stay. John, Chris, and Melissa were very helpful and pleasant. I In this day and time, it's hard to find people with great customer service skills, but they exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there again and recommend other people to this hotel because of the service provided, especially by them, room service and the staff as a whole.
Disliked: Well, just wished they had a microwave in the room. (Minor dislike.)
