Nice location, wonderful staff but...

Liked: The staff were terrific. The front desk staff took care of my complaint regarding housekeeping with the “it’s on me” attitude.
Disliked: There were stains on the bed sheet, gold fish cracker on the floor, debris on the sofa, dried-out soap on the shower wall. Don’t know what to trust with their housekeeping. Also I caught a red spider crawling on the bathroom ceiling.

Liked: Very quiet , clean and great location. Front desk very informative and friendly

Great location!

Liked: great location, it’s in downtown Sylvania with basically everything you need at walking distance.
Disliked: European point of view here: it’s unusual for me to have noisy AC units inside the room. It’s all quiet and nice and then the AC compressor wakes you up. Not specific to this hotel, seems to be a US standard.
