Fantastic room, not far from the American Falls and the Seneca Niagara Casino; clean; no problems.

Liked: Rooms were clean; convenient; breakfast was good.

Liked: I mostly liked that the nightly rate involved a complimentary hot breakfast which included two types of eggs, ham, pancakes, toast, cereal, juice and fresh fruit.
Disliked: I booked a room with two Queen size beds but I found that one of the room keys I was given did not work for my door. If one of the key cards was for access to the pool/lounge or other area of the hotel then this was not made clear to me. However, as I was staying by myself at the hotel, the fact that it is possible only one of my keys worked was fine with me and it is also possible that had I been staying with a family member or friend that I would have been given an additional set of key cards.

Liked: The overall cleanliness of this hotel was striking! Great customer service.

Overall the hotel was very clean and nice. Just disappointed in in not getting the type of room I reserved.

Liked: The hotel was very nice. Apparently the hotel was built last year and it shows with the décor.
Disliked: Nothing was bad besides the fact that I did not get the room that I reserved through ConcertHotels.com. The hotel said they could not guarantee 3rd party reservations. I was very disappointed at that.

Superb

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool water was warm and fun for the kids. Location is great. Great kids channels on tv. Really a nice place for the family.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say.

Very good

Better than expected

Liked: It was extremely spacious, clean to an extent and quite modern. About 10mins walk to the Falls. Good ambience. Definitely comfortable and won't mind staying again if breakfast is improved or maybe scrapped as not okay at all
Disliked: Breakfast was abysmal! No other word for it. Tasteless eggs, tiny pancake long line for toast, cereal and that was it! A bit of hair on the bathtub and behind the toilet. No shutter blinds in room

Exceptional

Perfect family stay, close to...

Liked: The front staff was very accommodating with out late night check in. We were a group of 9 with 4 kids and their swiftness in checking us in made our arrival easier. They were also helpful with a check out request.

Plenty of other hotels in...

Liked: Location was nice and there was plenty of parking
Disliked: There wasn't any conditioner or shampoo in the shower receptacles, there wasn't hot water or water pressure. the coffee maker only works if you hold in the brew button. The bathroom door was hard to open, and the floors were sticky. There was a bar of soap floating in the pool and the next morning it was on the bottom of the pool.

Disappointed

Liked: Close to Niagara Falls
Disliked: Refrigerator didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work. Floor must be uneven cause dresser drawer would not stay closed

Very Hard beds and pillows

Disliked: Beds and pillows were very hard. Noise from room above terrible. Had to pull door handles up not push down. Pool was cold. No Shower pressure at all.
