Meh!
Liked: Had to switch room because it smelled like cigarettes and a butt was in the tub. Second room was musty smelling. Had to put a $100 deposit down that I wasn’t aware of that was charged to my card, not just a hold. Haven’t gotten that returned yet. I needed help with the show because the hot and cold were mixed up and I didn’t know why I wasn’t getting hot water.
Disliked: They had a good continental breakfast. The staff was nice.

Disliked: The Jacuzzi jets aren't very powerful and pay attention to the small print, there is actually a 100.00 hold placed on your card in addition to the charge listed for your price. It is refunded if they deem no incidental charges were needed but I did not see that prior to arriving

Lack of Hospitality
Liked: This is my go-to stopping spot for convenience of location.
Disliked: This was my 5th visit at this location, and every time prior to this visit , I used Booking to make my reservation with no issues. Upon arrival, the attendant stated she couldn't find my reservation. Although I had confirmation and showed proof as well as the type of room booked, she still said there was nothing she could do. I thought, "No big deal, I can pay on-site and worry about a refund later IF that was the case." The downfall to this was that I was placed into a double queen room when I had reserved a deluxe king room yet still being charged the rates for the king room. When mentioned, the attendant pretended not to hear me. The following morning, I saw that I had indeed been double charged. Once through Booking and once through the hotel. When I inquired about the situation with the morning lady at the front desk (who later identified herself as the General Manager), she stated she only saw the reservation made manually the night before. She explained to me that my funds never processed, and there was nothing she could do in a condescending tone. I asked who I needed to contact, and in a rude tone, she replied "Booking" to which I replied, "Thank you," and left. I then placed a call to Booking, and while on hold with them, I received two missed calls from the hotel. Once I was able to complete my call with Booking, I returned my call to the hotel. The lady at the front desk admitted she had found my reservation and immediately issued a full refund all the while blaming her overnight staff member for the mix up and claiming personal ignorance of her job responsibilities by stating she rarely works the front desk. The General Manager's complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and the overall lack of hospitality have definitely left a sour taste on the overall experience.
