Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean; comfy beds. Breakfast is OK. Could have used real eggs on the buffet, not the "powdered" ones and browned sausage instead of frozen that was likely heated in the microwave.

Not an accommodation motivated hotel.

Liked: I liked there was an indoor pool and workout facilities on site. Continental breakfast with some variety. There is a refrigerator in the room that’s beneficial when I stay somewhere. Hotel was booked due to many events occurring in the area.
Disliked: The pool was ice cold and it took many calls to the front desk to get the spa(hot tub) heat increased as initially they said it would take time to actually heat up due to being on a timer. The jets were not working due to a guest the prior week had broken the knob per employees response. They would not and did not replace towels in pool area and there were many requests to do so. Staff was not very friendly at evening and early morning. Breakfast was promptly removed at the cut off time even as people were getting items actively. This also occurred at checkout while I was trying to remove my property the housekeeper was swiftly pulling items off the bed and not allowing me time to exit the room. The hotel had overbooked and encouraged me to go to a smaller room which required me and my 2 children to sleep on one bed and offered a discounted inconvenience rate. I feel they could have been better about services offered and feeling more welcomed to return. I purchased items from snack/gift area and was not allowed to charge to my room. They did not have shampoo or conditioner but a cheap version of a 2in1. No coffee machine in room and again at breakfast staff would not fill coffee or creamer.
