Disliked: The hot tub was out of use and it wasn’t stated that it was not in use when I booked the room

We were not impressed with...

Liked: Location was great for our visit for a family wedding.
Disliked: There was a dryer fire on the property and the hallways smelled of smoke for a good deal of our stay. We were not offered different rooms or compensated for our inconvenience.

Disappointing

Disliked: Paid extra for a jacuzzi suite and half of the jets in the tub didn’t even work. There was literally 1 towel in the bathroom to use. So I had to use the hand towels to dry off after showering.

Liked: The cleaning staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Our room was disgusting. There was what looked like dried blood all over the door frame. There was dried blood underneath the sink and by the faucets. The towels were stained. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool area has a very strong chlorine smell.
