We had to wait an hour and a half for our second room to be ready and inspected for us. The pool had way to much chlorine in it. My kids eyes were bright red and was burning the night after they got out of the pool. They were crying because it was so bad. Other than that the stay was great. Loved the rooms and everything else.

Liked: The hotel rooms and the employees were great.
Disliked: Wait for the second room.

Liked: We loved our weekend stay. We will definitely be back next year!

Disliked: Too noisy the bath seems to be made for an invalid with all the bars on the wall we never asked for a disabled room

DISAPPOINTING STAY, BUT STAFF WERE...

Liked: The price, the friendly staff, and location. I'm not sure all these things will be worth another visit -- other properties will have to be VERY expensive. We'll see.
Disliked: Our first room was not cleaned well. There was a large size candy sitting on the floor near the jacuzzi, there were multiple small pieces of paper on the floor near the bathtub. If you can see that, what can't you see. Front desk offered to move us to another room after it was thoroughly cleaned, and she double-checked it. Additionally, there were no soaps or shampoos in the first bathroom. We have stayed here frequently, and this was very disappointing. Additionally, breakfast is so-so (we knew that from before), but all I really need is to pieces of toast and orange juice. Don't come here for the breakfast.

Liked: Was nice having the pool. The bed was comfortable. Room temperature was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Shower for handicap room was terrible. Could hear neighbors TV through the connecting room door. People running and yelling through the halls at 1:30am. Dirty coffee maker.

The room was perfect

Disliked: There was a soccer team there for a tournament and they were roaming the halls loudly and late into the night. Security would have been nice.
