We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings which were good, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, and the rooms were clean.

Liked: The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was good.
Disliked: We knew it was a family hotel for everyone. Just disturbing to hear kids screaming and running down the hotel floors in the morning when a person is still trying to enjoy sleeping in. It never happened but that's not unusual either. We have to remember we're not in a church, we're in a hotel. We did request and got moved to another floor which took care of the problem.

Disliked: The noise issues in the hallway from children unattended that keep us awake well after 10:pm that never got resolved and the over crowded breakfast /lobby areas and seating areas outside and in the elevators.

Liked: The pool and water slide were excellent. Breakfast was great and the room was clean. We had two rooms that were side by side.
