Upon arrival, I was told that I could not stay because I am not yet 21, even though I had already made a reservation online where it did not mention an age requirement. I told the concierge I was either leaving now with a full refund or leaving in the morning. He opted for letting me stay "just don't talk to anyone". I've never felt so marginalized and slighted in my life. Aside from being made to feel like a criminal, I have no complaints. My room was clean, and the free hot breakfast was yummy.

Liked: Check in was easy. Clerk was a little overwhelmed because a guest spilled their drink in the lobby and he had to go find a mop. By the time he found a mop there were three people in line waiting to check in.
Disliked: Luggage cart looked like it had been hit by a car and the wheels looked like an elephant had sat in it. Wheels were at a 75°angle to the floor.

Very good
